Merlion Naturals is a wellness & natural products brand selling on Shopify, looking to grow beyond the limitations of their existing setup without disrupting day-to-day operations or the experience their existing customers already relied on.
Challenge
Their existing storefront couldn't support where the business needed to go next — whether that meant outgrown infrastructure, a manual process that no longer scaled, or an experience that no longer matched the brand.
